For Jessica Fetherston, real estate is about people as much as it is about property. With more than a decade of experience in South Florida real estate, Jessica works with buyers and sellers throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Her experience spans a wide range of residential real estate, including luxury homes, waterfront properties, condominiums, and single-family homes. Jessica enjoys working with people at every stage of their real estate journey, from first-time homebuyers and growing families to established homeowners, luxury buyers and sellers, and those relocating to South Florida. With a background in sales, management, and business, Jessica brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to real estate. She values clear communication, honest advice, and taking the time to understand what matters most to each person she works with.

Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and playing competitive pool. She is an active member of the American Poolplayers Association (APA), where she competes in league play at a national level. Her teams have earned the opportunity to compete at the APA World Pool Championship in Las Vegas three times, an experience that reflects her love of the game, competitive spirit, and appreciation for teamwork.
